The Rainbow's End...

Rating  myself required a whole lot of honesty about the things I really need to change.  My physical well-being is probably in need of change the most.  While I am in very good health internally, I now really see the need for regular exercise and activity.  (I've always had a slim frame, but that is truly irrelevant.)  For this reason, I rate my physical well-being a 5.  My spiritual well-being has always been a bit of a struggle for me.  Fitting in to organized religion hasn't made me happy.  There are many aspects of my religion that I love, especially the teaching of questioning things.  I believe that my journey toward a more enlightened spiritual life is finding it's way to me, so I will give this aspect of my life a 6.  Psychologically, I think is my strongest asset.  I am well grounded, realistic and happy.  I am confident in my abilities and who I am.  Since there's always room for improvement, I give my psychological well-being an 8.

My physical goal will be to begin implementing a regular exercise program, starting with walking and adding an exercise every 2 weeks, but would also love to find a yoga class.  Spiritually, I would like to study more about really getting in touch with myself and will seek out books to begin this journey.  Kaballah has always interested me, so I may read up on that.  Psychologically, I think I will need to research more, but would like to start with meditation.

My experience with the Rainbow Technique was similar in it's calming affect as the first technique.  I was able to put everything out of my mind and concentrate on the areas of color in my body. I found repeating the phrases to be inspiring and very believeable during the technique.  I came out of the relaxation very calm with a clear head, but noticed that I was very thirsty!  So I drank a glass of water and had a peaceful nights sleep.
