Welcome to my blog...

Welcome to my blog!  I've been wanting to do this for some time now, and this is a great place to start.  For now, my blog will chronicle my journey to a healthier and happier life through my last year at Kaplan University, achieving my certification as a Health Coach and my new career.  I hope to one day include nutrition, fitness and spiritual advice in my blog as my experience blossoms.  I'm excited to read my classmates blogs and learn so many wonderful new ideas opinions and thoughts.  This process will only strenghten us as the well-rounded humans we achieve to be.    ~Roz

    I look forward to following your blog. You have done a great job with your page, it looks awesome. I will have to try and become creative in that way, not so easy for me.

    I am enjoying learning more about how our mind and body connection plays a role in overall health and wellness. This course seems as though it is just the ticket to help us learn better skills for learning to relax and calm the body during times of stress and dis-ease.
